Taman Wahyu is a neighbourhood in the north of Kuala Lumpur with its own station on the KTM Komuter line. The Han-Ya Wahyu site lies between the railway and Jalan Ipoh, about 200 metres from the station.
Water lies on both sides of the line: the Jinjang retention lake to the west; to the east the Sungai Batu retention pond — about 70 metres from the site — and Batu Metropolitan Park, whose gate is a 7-minute walk from the station.

A person to ask.
Kevin Lee is a registered real estate negotiator (REN 14973) with FLP Realty. He arranges viewings of the Type A and Type B show units — evenings and weekends too, or by video if you are overseas or outstation.
Ask him for the current price list and the units available, which layouts suit your household, or how the station walk feels at rush hour.
